  • 4 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked crispy chicken (chopped or tenders)
  • ½ cup crispy fried onions (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside.

Make the Mashed Potato Base:
