- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or grease lightly.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
