Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Β½ cup soy sauce
- ΒΌ cup pineapple juice
- ΒΌ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)

Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Set aside ΒΌ cup of the marinade for later use.
