📋 Ingredients:

10 oz (280g) ribeye or sirloin steak, cubed

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Fried Rice:

3 cups cooked rice, chilled (preferably day-old rice for best texture)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp oyster sauce

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Marinate the Steak:

In a bowl, combine steak cubes, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper.

Toss to coat and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

2️⃣ Cook the Steak:

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes, turning to brown all sides.

Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
