
Garlic Butter Lobster & Scallops with Herbs

Ingredients
2 lobster tails, split in half lengthwise
8 large sea scallops, patted dry
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
ΒΌ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1β2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
Cook the Lobster
Place the lobster tails, shell side down, into the skillet.
Spoon the garlic butter over the lobster as it cooks.
Cook for 5β6 minutes, basting frequently, until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside.
Sear the Scallops
In the same skillet, add the scallops.
Sear for 2β3 minutes per side without moving them, allowing a golden crust to form.
Cook until just opaque in the center.
Finish with Lemon and Herbs
Drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the scallops and lobster.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve
Plate the lobster tails and scallops.
Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
