  • 1 cup (125g) freshly shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup (80g) pepperoni

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, mix the self-raising flour and Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Shape the Pizzas:
Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into mini pizza bases, about 4 inches in diameter.
