Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ΒΌ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (slurry)
- Β½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions:
Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Make the Apple Filling:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples soften. Stir in vanilla extract and cornstarch slurry, cooking for another minute until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
