Boston Cream Pie Fudge

Boston Cream Pie Fudge
All the flavors of the classic Boston Cream Pie—velvety vanilla custard, rich chocolate glaze, and buttery sweetness—reimagined as creamy, indulgent fudge squares.

Ingredients
Vanilla Fudge Layer:

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry, not prepared)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Chocolate Ganache Layer:

1½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

½ cup heavy cream

1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

Make Vanilla Fudge Base:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
Stir in the dry pudding mix and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Chill for 30 minutes.

Make Chocolate Ganache Topping:
In a heatproof bowl, add chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.

Assemble:
Pour ganache over the chilled vanilla fudge layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Chill & Slice:
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm. Lift out of the pan, slice into small squares, and serve.

Tip: For extra flair, sprinkle the chocolate layer with gold dust or shaved chocolate before it sets.

Yield: 24 small squares
Total Time: ~20 minutes active + chilling
