
Banana Cream Pie Bars

🛒 Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup sugar
For the Filling:
1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana cream pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
Whipped cream, for serving

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
2️⃣ Make the Filling
In a large bowl, whisk together banana cream pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until smooth and fluffy.

Spread the creamy banana filling evenly over the cooled crust.
Arrange the banana slices on top of the filling.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
