Ingredients:
8 slices Texas Toast Garlic Bread
½ cup (120ml) pizza sauce
2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese
80 mini pepperoni slices
Instructions:
Step 1: Air Fry the Garlic Toast
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Place 4 slices of garlic toast in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Consider lining the air fryer with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
Air fry for 3 minutes.
Step 2: Add Toppings
Open the air fryer basket.
Spread 1-2 spoonfuls of pizza sauce on each slice of toast.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Top with 10 mini pepperoni slices per toast.
Step 3: Melt the Cheese
Lower the air fryer temperature to 300°F (149°C).
Close the air fryer basket and air fry for an additional 3 minutes to melt the cheese and help the pepperoni adhere.
Step 4: Brown the Cheese
Increase the temperature to 400°F (204°C).
Air fry for 2 minutes to achieve a golden, bubbly cheese topping.
Step 5: Repeat
Remove the pizza slices and repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
Add your favorite toppings like mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers for extra flavor.
Tips:
Use pre-sliced Texas Toast for convenience, or make your own garlic bread by spreading butter and garlic powder on thick slices of bread.
For a healthier option, use whole-grain bread and low-fat cheese.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
