½ cup boiling water
¾ cup cold water
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Instructions:
Dissolve the Jell-O:
In a medium bowl, whisk the orange Jell-O with the boiling water until fully dissolved. Stir in the cold water and set aside to cool to room temperature.
Make the Creamy Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Slowly mix in the cooled Jell-O mixture until well combined and creamy.
