
Bacon Cheeseburger Queso Dip
All the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger—in a creamy, dippable queso! Perfect for game day or parties.
1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for flavor)
½ lb (225g) bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (115g) shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup (120g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (120g) sour cream
½ cup (120ml) milk (whole or 2%)
1 tbsp taco seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Tortilla chips (for serving)
Optional Add-Ins:
1 jalapeño, diced (for heat)
¼ cup diced tomatoes (for freshness)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (for umami)
Instructions
Cook the Beef & Bacon
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat.
Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Make the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan or slow cooker, melt cream cheese over low heat.
Whisk in sour cream + milk until smooth.
Gradually add cheddar + mozzarella, stirring until melted.
Combine & Serve
Fold in seasoned beef + bacon. Heat through.
Adjust salt/pepper to taste.
