
Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl
A simple, nutritious, and delicious meal thatβs easy to customize and perfect for meal prep or a weeknight dinner.

Lettuce leaves
Cooked brown or white rice
Sliced cucumbers
Grilled chicken breast
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Marinate & Cook the Chicken
Marinate chicken breast with:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 minced garlic clove
Black pepper to taste
Let sit for 30 minutes.
Grill or pan-fry the chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6β8 minutes per side.
Slice into strips.
2. Assemble the Bowl
In a bowl, layer:
A bed of fresh lettuce
A serving of cooked rice
A side of cucumber slices
3. Top & Serve
Add sliced grilled chicken on top of the rice.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
Serve and enjoy fresh!
