
Sliced Baked Potatoes



Ingredients:
4 medium russet potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: shredded cheese, sour cream, or bacon bits for topping
Instructions:
Prep the Potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Using a sharp knife, slice each potato thinly without cutting all the way through—creating a fan-like effect.
Season:
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Gently brush them with olive oil or melted butter, making sure to get between the slices. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake:
Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the edges are golden and crispy.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Add your favorite toppings if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
