
Peanut Butter Lasagna

Ingredients:
- 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- Chocolate syrup and chopped peanuts, for garnish
Instructions:
Make the Crust:
In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the next layers.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer:
In a medium bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
Add the Pudding Layer:
In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread the pudding over the peanut butter layer.
Top It Off:
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the chocolate pudding layer. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours before serving to let the layers set.
