Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
¼ cup dark chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips or raisins if using.
Shape the Cookies:
Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten them into cookie shapes.
