Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 1Β½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups melted chocolate for coating
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, mix the Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Shape and Freeze:
Scoop small portions of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 1 hour, or until firm.

Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave or using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.

Coat the Candy:
Dip each frozen candy piece into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place back on the parchment paper and add sprinkles or crushed nuts if desired.

Set and Serve:
