A fresh and flavorful twist on pizza! This Quick Caprese Naan Pizza combines crispy naan, melty mozzarella, and juicy tomatoes for a light yet satisfying meal. Perfect for a quick lunch or easy weeknight dinner!
Ingredients:

- 4 naan breads
→ Cheese & Seasonings
- 1 (8 oz) block mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz) package fresh mozzarella pearls, cut or torn in half
- 4 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
→ Toppings
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil and sprinkle with grated garlic for extra flavor.
Assemble the Pizzas:
Evenly distribute the grated mozzarella over the naan. Add the fresh mozzarella pearls, followed by the sliced red onions and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
