Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Β½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Β½ cup pepperoni slices (or your favorite toppings)
- Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat and Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). In a bowl, mix the hash browns, eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
Form and Bake the Crust:
