Ingredients:
- 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp lemon extract (optional, for extra zing)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
Instructions:
Melt the Coating:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Stir in the vanilla and lemon extract.
Coat the Cereal:
